TAMALE RECIPE OUT OF COSTA RICA

BYE BYE FOREVER BELLAVISTA HOTEL

It was a real family and nice meeting place; comfortable and quiet in the
heart of San Jose (the capital city of Costa Rica). Lot of people enjoyed a
cup of coffee prepared very kindly by the employees during sunny or rainy
afternoons. We talked about the old San Jose, the family, plans, ecology,
cooking recipes, handicrafts, news...
The scene was different in the mornings: breakfast. Lot of seniors seasoned
it with an army of pills. Somebody  did the comment that the restaurant area
looked like a drug store early in the morning. The breakfast menu wasn´t big
but it was like prepared by our mothers.
It was a very busy place: people came and left from the Costarrican beaches
to the cold of the North and vice versa. The same with the orders or
presents. The Xmas. tree was always overloaded by the Xmas. cards mailed
from around the world every December. Sample of esteem and gratitude to the
place because of the 5 star service received.

The old Bellavista Hotel was sold last week of February.

Mr. Glen, Mr. Eliecer, Mr. Bon, Mrs. Mara, Mrs. Mili, Miss Ileana and Miss
Jessy: excoworkers and real friends, your working place doesn´t exist
anymore but you are going to be forever in our good memories and in our
hearts.
